LISA’S MARKETING PLAN CHECK LIST

  1. Do a walk-through of your property
  2. Research past sales to help establish a current market value of your property
  3. Prepare and sign listing contract
  4. Take photos of your property for marketing purposes
  5. List your property on realtor.caroyallepage.caqualicumrealestate.com and lisamackay.ca
  6. Place a For Sale sign on your property
  7. Place a secure lock box outside your home as required
  8. Flag this new listing on MLS System’s electronic hot sheet to all REALTORS North of the Mallahat
  9. Schedule your house on the MLS System’s REALTOR tour
  10. Schedule your house on my own agency’s REALTOR tour
  11. Hold Open Houses as required
  12. Advertise your property in appropriate media
  13. Directly contact potential buyers with details of your property
  14. Personally contact agents with potential buyers for your type of property
  15. Arrange showings for other agents
  16. Keep you informed of our progress
  17. Update your CMA if necessary
  18. Review marketing activities with you
  19. Present and discuss all offers with you
  20. Negotiate on your behalf
  21. Assist you in any subject to clauses that pertain to your offer
  22. Assist you in finding a new property as you require
